Sam Houston Area Council's Pinewood Derby Race at Scout Fair 2009 - Open to all Cubs!

Coming to Scout Fair 2009 - April 18 - Reliant Center - 11:00am to 4:00pm. Pre-register online only. Biggest Derby event ever! All Cubs from all Packs in the Sam Houston Area Council are invited. But hurry, there's only room for 300 cars! Build a new car or use the one you just finished for your Pack-level race. Online Registration opens March 30 and closes at 5pm on April 16. (Limited On-site registration may be available on standby basis only up to 300 car limit).

Participate in the Traditional King of the Hill Pinewood Derby event. Winners of individual heats become Kongs for the next levels, winners of Kong heats become King Kong.

Risk body, wheel and axle in the Deathwood Derby™ collision survivor event where only the strong survive. Are you Cub enough? Definitely NOT your daddy's derby!
Try out SHAC's unique Golden Gate Slalom™ precision tracking event. The nation's only Giant Slalom event for Pinewood Derby cars.
Online Registration closes April 16th at 5pm.
With so many cars participating, online preregistration is the only way we can handle things. Go to the Registration Page as soon as registration opens to register your car and upload a photograph of your car. You will receive a registration confirmation containing further instructions, your registration number and materials, and your check-in time.
